If the Standard Session is done at-distance, rather than in-person in Cree's studio, it begins with the client calling Cree to start the dialogue by phone. After the dialogue period, a Standard Session concludes with phones hung-up and the client relaxing on a bed, sofa, or easy chair — in his / her home, office, hotel, or hospital room — for the 40 minutes of (distant-healing) energy work. To have the name remain on the list longer, a very brief status report must be emailed, phoned, or phone-messaged to Cree reporting on the recipient's condition / state — accompanied by a request to keep the name on the list for another week. What to expect when a Standard Session (or, more rarely, a Special Session) is held in-person, in-studio, "hands-on": Though over 80% of this healer's work is done at-distance for clients worldwide, he welcomes clients who prefer to have their sessions with him in-person in his studio. When a Standard Session is held in Cree’s studio, the concluding, energy-work portion of the session — i.e., the spiritual-healing / subtle-energy transmission — is conducted with the client lying on a cushioned massage-therapy table or comfortably seated. The client is fully clothed — preferably in comfortable everyday clothes — minus shoes and any bulky belt. A woman should wear clothing that covers the shoulders and midriff — a t-shirt, for example, is fine — so that the healer's hands can slide freely over cloth, not skin, during a bit of shoulder and back massaging (which is actually energy-massaging). The healer's hands may contact the client's body during half of the energy work, with no procedures being likely to offend any client’s modesty. In his therapy studio, Cree may play relaxing Hemi-Sync® music CDs or "energy-charged," rhythmic, India-bhajans music CDs by Mata Amritanandamayi. (Clients may request music changes or silence.) He may recite spiritual phrases or prayers (Islamic, Jewish, Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Christian, and Native-American) for invoking Christ's Unconditional Love, compassion, joy, peace, Sat-Chit-Ananda — and for creating an atmosphere conducive to healing.
